Giving
There's a corn farmer that always win grand prize in National Farm Event, he has a habit always give only the best corn seed to the other farmer surround his farm.
When he asked why he did that, he answered, "Actually, I did it for my self interest. The wind flies the corn pollen from farm to farm. So, if the farmer surround me plant lower corn quality than mine, the cross pollination will degrade my corn quality. That's why I always concern that they always plant the best corn quality.
What you give to the others is a gift for yourself.
